I am a "wanna be" Redwall character. I am a raccoon whose family was killed when our ship broke next to an island. It was crawling with vermin. My dad stayed and fought off the vermin for as long as he could while my mother took me and placed me onto a piece of wood and shoved me off. They died trying to help me escape. They were able to fight off the vermin till a large over grown searat came and killed them both. I had already been floating out to sea before the vermin got there so, I was able to get away. At the time I was only a dibbun. I had been washed onto a beach near Salamandastron where I was found by a runner coming back from the long patrol. He carried me back trying to figure out what I was because there had never been a raccoon in Mossflower country or any other place around it. When I was brought back I was taken care of and raised by the hares and the current badger lord. I was tought all I know about fighting from the hares and the current badger lord. He (the current badger lord) armed me with six daggers and a long bow with quivers. I then set off to find out why the tragedy had befallen me. I was off to seek the truth from the only place that could help me. REDWALL!
